Project Information
The Crossing – Building A is a two-story commercial shell building designed for professional office or retail use, located in a rapidly growing corridor of Rockledge. This project is part of a larger mixed-use master plan and serves as a flexible shell space that will later be subdivided into tenant suites based on demand.
CAD Design Systems was responsible for developing the architectural documentation and 3D rendering needed for city review, permitting, and pre-leasing visualization. With a contemporary exterior façade and a clean open core layout, the structure is optimized for rapid interior fit-outs.
