The Residence is a single-story custom home thoughtfully designed to combine Florida’s laid-back indoor/outdoor lifestyle with smart spatial planning. CAD Design Systems worked closely with the homeowner to transform early sketches into a fully detailed construction document set ready for permitting and build.
This home features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large open-concept living/dining/kitchen space, a dedicated laundry room, and a spacious 3-car garage. With energy-efficient design in mind and clear consultant coordination, this home was built to be both livable and permit-ready.
