Architectural Business Policy
1. Scope of Services

Drafting and Design: We offer 2D/3D CAD drafting, 3D modeling, rendering, and BIM services. All projects are tailored to meet your specific requirements, ensuring compliance with industry and local standards.

CAD Training: We provide comprehensive CAD software training to enhance your team's skills and productivity. Training programs can be customized based on your company’s needs and proficiency levels.
2. Project Engagement

Initial Consultation: All projects begin with a detailed consultation to define the scope, objectives, timeline, and deliverables.

Proposal and Approval: A formal proposal outlining pricing, timelines, and terms will be provided. Work will commence upon client approval and receipt of a signed agreement or purchase order.
3. Pricing and Payment

Drafting Services: Standard pricing for construction documents starts at $2.00 per square foot under roof for signed and sealed plans. Custom pricing is available for specialized projects.

Training Services: Training fees are based on program complexity and session duration.

Payment Terms:

A deposit of 50% is required at the start of all projects.

Remaining balances are due upon delivery of the final product or completion of training sessions.

Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month.

4. Revisions and Changes

Revisions: We allow up to two minor revisions per project at no additional cost. Additional revisions or major changes will be billed at an hourly rate or as agreed upon in writing.

Scope Changes: If changes to the project scope are requested after work has started, a revised estimate will be provided, and work will continue upon client approval.
5. Confidentiality
All client information, project details, and proprietary data will be treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties without prior consent.
6. Delivery and Deadlines

Project timelines will be agreed upon before starting work. While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, incomplete client input, or third-party approvals are outside our control.

Deliverables will be provided in agreed-upon file formats via email, file transfer, or physical delivery as specified.
7. Quality Assurance
We are committed to providing accurate, error-free drafts and designs. Each project undergoes rigorous quality control checks before delivery.
8. Termination

Either party may terminate the project at any time with written notice.

Clients are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the point of termination.
9. Liability
CAD Design Systems is not responsible for construction errors, misinterpretation of plans, or misuse of delivered documents. Clients are responsible for reviewing all materials prior to use.
